Pricing
We only charge for new leases and for monthly management, we have NO hidden costs. For new leases, we charge 6% of the first years' rent.
We Never Charge For:
- Renewal fees for tenants who wish to extend their lease
- Vacant units, we get paid when unit is leased and tenant is paying rent
- A markup fee for eviction charges (you pay actual costs)
- Routine property inspections (move-in, move-out, safety inspections)
