Pricing

We only charge for new leases and for monthly management, we have NO hidden costs. For new leases, we charge 6% of the first years' rent.

We Never Charge For:

  • Renewal fees for tenants who wish to extend their lease
  • Vacant units, we get paid when unit is leased and tenant is paying rent
  • A markup fee for eviction charges (you pay actual costs)
  • A markup charge on maintenance work, you pay the actual cost of all work that may need to be done at the property.
